Feature Set:

For even the most rigorous emailing campaign, Atomic Mail Sender is an ideal tool for mass emailing that includes a comprehensive list of features. This product gives you tools for list management, a built-in SMTP server, authentication support and multiple email formats. With the exception of two features on our matrix, Atomic Mail Sender more than exceeded our expectations, especially considering its low price.

The standard offering allows you to send an unlimited number of emails for each of your ad campaigns. Normally your SMTP server would limit the number of emails you can send, but Atomic Mail Sender's built-in server lets you bypass external servers altogether and send emails directly to their destination. Atomic Mail Sender mentioned that this service is only available if your ISP does not block direct sending.



When we used the list management tools, we were able to import emailing lists from a variety of software sources in a range of formats, including text files, CSV, MS Word, MS Excel and all other Atomic applications. With email campaigns, we noted that the software identifies and deletes recipients who have unsubscribed or input incorrect email addresses.



Email Creation:

Creating an email through Atomic Mail Sender is as easy as sending out a regular email. Simply create the body of your email, import a list of recipients and then click “Send.” If you don’t already have an idea of what to include in your email or how to format the message, this will likely prove to be your most time-consuming task because there is so much you can do to improve the look and feel of your emails. You can use the software's easy-to-use interface to set up tables, include images, format text and even add attachments.


Reporting:

The software's reporting features are somewhat limited in the statistics they display. Atomic advertises improved tracking features through their Atomic Email Tracker program, which you can purchase separately. This product enables you to determine who is reading your emails, what recipients clicked on most often and more. However, in the absence of this add-on application, you are only able to see which emails were successfully delivered and which emails were identified as bad addresses.
